HubSpot CRM integrator.
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive or Zoho: run your CRM alongside HubSpot, or migrate to HubSpot without losing a single record or any history.
Our CRM integrations
Your current CRM has value.
It can join HubSpot.
You have two scenarios. Coexistence: each tool keeps its role and data flows continuously. Migration: HubSpot becomes your single CRM, with all your history. Choose your current CRM.
HubSpot Salesforce integration
Leads, accounts and opportunities synced between marketing and sales.
HubSpot Dynamics integration
Leads, contacts and accounts aligned between Dynamics 365 and HubSpot.

Two CRMs or just one?
The answer is in your data.

You can buy a CRM in one click.
Integrating it takes method.
Adopting a CRM is not just buying software: it means transforming your sales processes. Our role as a CRM integrator is to align your goals with what the technology can do, whether you are an SMB or a large enterprise.
Coexist: each tool keeps its role
Sales stay in Salesforce or Dynamics, marketing works in HubSpot. A continuous sync aligns leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities, with one written rule: which tool is the reference for which data.
Migrate: HubSpot becomes the single CRM
The data load happens once: contacts, companies, deals and activities move into HubSpot with their history, by export and import, middleware or API depending on your source tool. A pilot on a sample always comes before cutover.
Adopt: your teams actually use it
We train your teams so they master the HubSpot CRM from go-live. A successful project is measured by usage, not by delivery.
Our method
A signed mapping first.
A smooth cutover next.
Three phases, each on three axes: processes, technology and people. A dedicated project manager stays with you from the first workshop to go-live, with a project committee and a steering committee.
Understand · Think
Scope the flows and choose the scenario
Three workshops, business, functional and technical, to map each flow with its source, direction and business rules. Coexistence or migration: we compare the approaches and recommend one. Nothing gets built before your written sign-off.
Build · Build
Map, connect, test on your data
The field-by-field mapping between your CRM and HubSpot becomes the reference document. Then configuration or development, and a pilot on a real sample before cutover; a delta then catches up whatever was entered in the meantime.
Steer · Run
Go live, train, monitor
Go-live, team training and evidence-based acceptance testing: identical counts, associations preserved, activities at their original date. After that, sync error monitoring and improvements.
What clients say

FAQ: integrating or migrating your CRM to HubSpot
What is a CRM integrator?
A CRM integrator designs and sets up the flow of data between your CRM and the rest of your information system. At Copernic, that means connecting HubSpot to another CRM, or migrating that other CRM to HubSpot. The work is not just technical: it starts with your sales processes, continues with data mapping and ends with training your teams.
Should you keep your current CRM or migrate to HubSpot?
It depends on how you work. Coexistence fits when a team relies heavily on its tool, for example sales deeply rooted in Salesforce or Dynamics, while marketing works in HubSpot. Migration fits when two tools cost more than they bring, or when the old CRM can no longer keep up. We compare both scenarios during scoping, on your real flows.
Which CRMs can you connect to HubSpot?
We integrate Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM in particular, as well as other CRMs such as Sellsy, Efficy or Divalto. The method depends on what your tool allows: a connector or marketplace app, an integration platform, or a custom API when the data model has to be transformed.
Which data moves from one CRM to the other?
Contacts, companies, deals or opportunities, activities (notes, emails, calls, tasks, meetings) and your custom properties. Associations are preserved and activities keep their original date. Attachments and marketing assets (emails, workflows, lists) do not carry over by default: we decide together whether they should be moved. Custom objects require a HubSpot Enterprise license.
How long does a CRM integration or migration project take?
Count 6 to 10 weeks for a simple scope, and 3 to 6 months for a complex project (several objects, data transformations, large volumes, two-way sync). The exact timeline is set after scoping, once the flows are mapped and the scenario is chosen.
How do you avoid duplicates and data loss?
By dealing with it before cutover. We decide with you what cleanup is needed (deduplicating contacts and companies, phone formats, invalid emails), we name the reference tool for each piece of data, then we test on a sample. At delivery, you receive the source and target counts and check a sample of records yourself.
